At SWY Brand, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off Your Return
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
